The work involves painting the private area of a co-owner’s unit, in accordance with a specific set of specifications defined and approved by the client. Les travaux comprennent également une intervention sur la partie électrique, réalisée conformément à un cahier des charges spécifique validé avec le client. Cette prestation inclut la vérification de l’installation existante, la création ou l’adaptation des points électriques nécessaires, le passage et la fixation des câbles, ainsi que la mise en conformité des raccordements selon les normes de sécurité en vigueur.
L’intervention prévoit l’installation et le raccordement d’un projecteur, comprenant la fixation du support, le branchement électrique, les essais de fonctionnement et les réglages nécessaires pour assurer un éclairage optimal.
